Regional medical data platform

7-month mission

Rebuilt a critical healthcare-professional data tool for Brittany after a costly proprietary solution became unstable and hard to use.

Frontend lead in practice, with support on backend, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and team workflow.

Built the Angular frontend solo inside a five-person product team.
Contributed to Spring Boot backend work, CI pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Helped shape the team's Jira usage and delivery flow.
The project shipped successfully and follow-up evolutions were approved.

The project replaced a proprietary system that had become buggy, expensive, and sometimes unusable in practice.

The interesting part was not only the Angular delivery itself, but the amount of cross-boundary engineering needed to keep momentum: frontend implementation, backend support, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and team process improvements.

Helped evolve a store operations platform used across France, moving it from paper-based tracking to a multi-surface digital workflow.

Full-stack product engineer across kiosk app, web app, cloud functions, data costs, and architectural cleanup.

Worked on the platform long enough to influence both delivery and architecture.
Contributed to the migration from NativeScript to Angular plus Capacitor.
Managed cloud functions and analytics data flows on Firebase and BigQuery.
Drove a monorepo direction to reduce debt and improve maintainability.

The operational goal was simple: replace paper-based visit tracking with a smoother digital flow for stores and their professional visitors.

The technical reality was broader. Over time the work touched kiosk interfaces, web surfaces, serverless logic, analytics storage, and FinOps concerns around Firebase and BigQuery.
